Hotel Information

IMPORTANT:  Due to an overwhelming response, rooms at the conference hotel are sold out.  However, arrangements for an overflow hotel have been made.

To reserve a room at the Embassy Suites Nashville Airport, call (615) 871-0033 or 866-454-8337.  They are honoring the group rate of $159 but you must mention AEMP to receive this rate.  Rooms will be available at this rate prior to the meeting but not after 11/4/2014 due to the CMA Awards.
